On January 16, 2011 the following was posted in the Appeal Democrat:


Local store ranks No. 1

Twin Rivers Polaris, at 501 Plumas St., Yuba City, has been ranked No. 1 in customer service for the entire North American dealer network.

More than 1,600 dealers are located throughout North America. The Yuba City Polaris staff received a congratulatory letter from the Polaris Industries District Sales office, noting the group “always seems to exceed customer expectations” and thanking them for “representing the Polaris brand with integrity and pride.”

The local dealer also ranked No. 1 in customer service in the district and Western region. The Polaris company surveys customers for insight into the customer/dealer experience, reviews it and gives a score to the dealer.
