Dear Bill,

Christine is a true story of a modern Polaris RZR apparently possessed by supernatural forces, based on actual events that took place between November 2008 till January 10Th, 2010.

Well we rode, put on 46.4 miles and OMG!!!! I never driven it with this much response and power!! She was tainted from the start. I am telling you, its like dial up Internet service to 6G DSL FIBER.... Huge difference.

I am sooo indebted to you and your awesome staff that understood and took my problem as their own and made my 2010 year off to a great start. I want to first thank you for not kicking me out of your garage every time you saw me in the crying over my Polaris RZR, Thank you.

Brian for explaining the book Polaris RZR For Dummies to me. Great to work with and great service, always wanting to help me even if on the phone. Great with his creativity that saves you and myself as the customer money.

And to that I am sending you this letter to tell you and I hope you share with them this and maybe buy them dinner, because your staff has gave me something that can put some happiness in my life again.

  • "I started look for new side by side about a week ago. I had narrowed it down to a couple models. I had visited two other dealerships near me only to get poor customer service. I then remembered there was a dealership in Yuba City (my hometown) and gave them a call. Pam had answered the phone and made me feel like I was her only customer. I probably drove her crazy with all the questions and changing my mind several times but ultimately made a decision. Got it for a great price and she made sure I got any and all discounts!   • "Bought a 2011 Victory Cross Country, I have ridden Harleys and Goldwings. Been on bikes for the last 38 years, the Victory is by far the best bike I have ridden and Twin Rivers is an excellent dealership to deal with during and after the sale. If I wear this bike out I will be back at Twin Rivers for a new one, until then they will be taking care of the service it is worth a two hour drive to be treated as a valued customer.   • "I love the twin rivers polaris mostly because they sell polaris items. I am a huge fan of polaris mostly because they are the best in quality and in ergonomics of all their products. Most of all twin rivers is the best because it has the best mechanics and personalitys. When i went in the twin rivers polaris the mechanics actully talked to me unlike most dealerships that talk to you only about the cost of what they are doing and how they are going to do it, they actully had great prersonalities.   • "I needed to get my front forks serviced but was unable to get them dome before I left on this trip. I have a friend working in Yuba city so while I was killing some time I thought I would visit the local Victory dealership. I told them of my plight and they actually got my bike right in and serviced my forks and changed the engin oil. I cannot tell you hoe impressed with the friendlness and profesional sirvice I recieved here. I would highlyu recomed this dealership to anyone.   • "I apprecited the staff for thier help with original purchasee of bike. I prefer a low pressure sales attitude which I recieved from Twin Rivers. The staff has gone out of thier way to help answer my questions and locate accessories and parts for me that I have seeked. If the staff does not know the answers ro questions or have not heard about new after market parts they have taken the time to help aquire the info or parts for me. The staff has always been accomodating with service of my bike. The dealorship is making a real effort to enhance rider needs with starting a forum for group rides and rider activities. I appreciate very much the effort Twin Rivers has put forth trying to form a riders group."
